President John Dramani Mahama's recent call on his Ministers to make presentations at the Flagstaff House with regards to certain targets they have set for themselves which they were expected to achieve within the framework of the President�s vision, has been described by a member of the opposition New Patriotic Party as a Public Relations gimmick meant to hoodwinked Ghanaians into believing the President is working.
