The Executive Director of the Centre for Freedom and Accuracy, Andrew Awuni, whose quest to stop the sale of Merchant Bank to Fortiz was derailed when a Commercial Court in Accra threw out the case because he lacked locus, has filed an appeal against the court�s decision through his counsel, Lawyer Egbert Faibille.
