Policy Think Tank, IMANI Ghana has advised the presidency to appoint Martin Amidu, Dr. Benjamin Kunbuor and Dr. Tony Aidoo as �administrator general� in the cabinet to vet all proposed projects since it believes these are the only three individuals in the current government �that can perform such a task.
