Many have argued that Ghana�s former President and founder of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Flt Lt Jerry John Rawlings cannot escape the clobbering of past leaders accused of being corrupt despite the punishment he (Rawlings) meted out to leading military officers alleged to have indulged in acts of corruption.
