The National Chairman of the ruling NDC Dr. Kwabene Adjei is seeking the dismissal of the minister of Finance Seth Terkper for his inability to deal with the current economic crisis the country facing. Dr. Kwabena Adjei is said to have pointed out that the economy is broke and blamed the finance minister for the crisis and his dismissal. The NDC chairman at a meeting called by the Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon. Edward Doe Adjaho on December 28th at Ho in the Volta Region to review performance of the government in 2013. The chief of Staff Prosper Bani, ministers from Volta Region as well as Volta MPs attended the meeting and were shocked at the NDC chairman comment.
