The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John has responded to his comrade and the General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) for his assertion that he (Sir John) perfectly defines an assemblyman than a party General Secretary.
