Propaganda Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Solomon Nkansah has slammed that the current National Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey accusing him of being deficit when it comes to educational policies after the latter reportedly said the NDC suffers from a persistent failure to see to the successful implementation of any meaningful policy.
