Though President John Dramani Mahama believes Thursday�s heavy downpour which nearly marred the beauty of Ghana�s 57th Independence Anniversary celebration was a sign of blessing and good things to befall the nation, he impliedly slighted the Ghana Meteorological Services Department for their inability to forecast the rain early enough.
