Ms Helen Adjoa Ntoso, the Volta Regional Minister, on Wednesday said the Region was in dire need of development and had �no time to waste�. She therefore appealed to heads of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to work harder and �push� the Region forward.
