RESIDENTS OF Kumasi have raised concern about a high rise building in the Central Business district of Adum in Kumasi which poses a threat on lives in the vicinity. The 6-storey which construction stated years ago remains uncompleted and has remained unattended to for some time now as a result of which cracks have developed in the walls.
