Spokesperson for a leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Kofi Konadu Apraku has asked organizers of the just ended Delegates Conference in Tamale to render an unqualified apology to his boss by exhibiting bias in the introduction of dignitaries at the event.
