Alhaji Limuna Mohammed Muniru, Northern Regional Minister, has appealed to the leadership of Parliament, to help approve more resources for the Northern Regional Coordinating Council (NRCC) and the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the region to enhance their work.
