World Football governing body, FIFA has written to the Premier league board of the Ghana football Association granting the PLB a stamp of approval to the new June 4th date for the end of the First Capital Plus Bank Premier League with a condition that the Black Stars cannot include local players in their squad for the 2014 World Cup.
