A 38-year-old driver whose negligence led to the horrific accident, which claimed the lives of two Deputy Women Organisers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), on the Techiman-Kintampo Highway at the weekend, was on Tuesday remanded in prison custody for one week, by a Techiman Circuit Court, presided over by Mr Michael Ntumy.
