A known serial caller and purported member of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Axim in the Western Region, Etimo Amihere has been busted by the police for allegedly robbing a mobile phone credit cards vendor in the area of his money after purportedly subjecting the vendor to severe beatings.
