Former NPP Member of Parliament for Asokwa, Hon. Maxwell Kofi Jumah, has blamed the defeat of the Senior National Team, Black Stars of Ghana on hard luck saying the team failed to utilize their chances despite their exceptional performance in their opening game against USA.
