The Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament, Mr Kwaku Agyemang-Manu, yesterday cut short proceedings of the committee to enable a representative of the Bank of Ghana (BoG) to go back and prepare adequately before reappearing before the committee.
