Residents of Tindonmolgo, a suburb of Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region, are now living in fear after a decapitated head of a young man was found in an uncompleted building on Friday, August 8, 2014, wrapped in a tattered white sack. The head was at the decomposing state when it was found.
