Public universities across the country have been shut down not because of government�s attempt to prevent the spread of the deadly Ebola virus disease (EVD) affecting the West African sub-region but because of the ongoing strike action of the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG), DAILY GUIDE has learnt.
