The Accra Circuit Court �4�, sitting at the Land Court, has granted bail to Richard Owusu Nyarko, a.k.a. Dr Owusu, after he was charged with the offences of impersonation, forgery of stamp, attempt to commit crime, and falsely pretending to be a public officer.
