Mr Gibrine Tanko Toye, Agona West Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) needs unity to capture power from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2016 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
