Following the outcome of the New Patriotic Party (NPP�s) Constitutional Committee�s findings on the proceed on leave directive handed down to Messrs Opare Hammond and Perry Okudzeto by the party�s General Secretary, Kwabena Agyepong, one of the officers who was affected by the order says he can now heave a sigh of relief.
