The Central Regional Propaganda Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Allotey Jacobs has called on leadership and members of opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) to pay homage to Ex-President John Agyekum Kufuor for his immense contributions to the party.
