Mr. Larry Acheampong, Special Assistant to former minister of Youth and Sports, Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah, has disclosed that, an amount of $19,831 was paid as commission to Al Continental, a purchasing agent that aided officials of Ghana to buy food items whilst in Brazil.
