2012 presidential candidate of the Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP) Dr. Henry Herbert Lartey has revealed he will openly campaign for his longtime friend Joseph Ade Coker to become the Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the second time.
