Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr. has expressed shock at the decision by assaulted Ashanti regional editor of the Graphic Communications Group, Daniel Kenu to seek an out-of-court settlement.
