An accomplice of a driver�s mate, who allegedly strangled a taxi driver and stole his taxi, has been arrested by the Kasoa police. Kofi Gyan, 20, unemployed, had been on the police wanted list since his accomplice, Emmanuel Agyei, 24, alias Kwesi Dade, was arrested on September 10, 2014.
