The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC),Kobina Ade Coker, last Saturday, Sep�tember 27, impounded a truck loaded with musical instruments and parked it at his residence, following an accident at the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange in Accra.
