A former Commissioner of CHRAJ, Justice Emile Short says it is constitutionally unacceptable for any group especially the Ghana Bar Association to coerce President Mahama to initiate any process to retire the Electoral Commissioner, Dr Kojo Afari-Gyan for any reason.
