With the world oil prices of crude fast declining from an average of $109 per barrel in January to $81.14 per barrel as of October 14 2014, it is expected of Government and for that matter it's agency the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) to announce to Ghanaians, the reduction in the prices of petrol and it's related products.
