Mr Herbert Mensah, President of the Ghana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) has appointed Mr. Steve Noi as Tournament Commissioner for the upcoming Ghana Rugby Club Championship (GRCC) 2014-15. Present at the appointment ceremony were Mr. George Ladipo who represented the Clubs in CentWest and Mr. Abdul-Aziz Issah representing the Greater Accra Clubs.
