Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo, wife of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo, has shockingly hailed efforts by the John Mahama government, especially the Ghana Health Service (GHS), to reduce the high mortality rate in the country.
