Henry Ekow Manly-Spain, a lead contender for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chairmanship race, has assured that his topmost priority for contesting the position is to establish constituency-based economic businesses to lessen the over-dependency of party members on their executives, DCEs, MPs and the President.
