The Health Minister, Dr Kwaku Agyeman-Mensah was on Thursday saved by the Speaker of Parliament Edward Doe Adjaho after giving contradicting figures on how much of the National Health Insurance Levy (NHIL), which is a component of VAT has been released to the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) for its operations in the 2014 fiscal year.
