THE MUNICIPAL Chief Executive Officer (MCE) for Awutu Senya East Municipal Assembly, Nuhu Adams has dismissed claims by the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) and section of the general public that the cost of the Kasoa interchange project has being bloated.
