The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Birim Central, Mr Kwabena Nkansah-Asare, has called on the various transport unions to continually educate their members on road safety regulations so that they may desist from negative practices on the road such as �speeding, overloading and drink-driving, which lead to accidents.
