British Drug Enforcement Confiscated Nayele's $23,000, �6000 When Arrested

Nayele Ametefe, the Ghanaian lady who was Tuesday morning jailed eight years and eight months for transporting 12 kilogrammes of cocaine into the UK, had $23,000 and �6000 in her possession when she was arrested.
