Chief Executive Officer of IMANI Ghana, Mr. Franklin Cudjoe has expressed disappointment in the ruling by the Commercial Court against the injunction application that sought to restrain the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) from accessing a $700 million loan facility.
