National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammy Awuku says if government continues to create ministries anytime there is a problem then it might as well create “a ministry for (electricity) transformers” because every now and then, transformers are blowing up resulting in power cuts to whole cities and towns.
