The Majority Chief Whip in Parliament, Alhaji Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka has said the monetary conditions announced by the opposition New Patriotic Party for its parliamentary primaries had the tendency to encourage corruption as well as deter the youth from becoming parliamentarians.
