The General Secretary of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said those riding on the opposition APC and Mahammudu Buhari’s victory in Nigeria’s presidential election to predict victory for Ghana’s main opposition New Patriotic Party and flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo in the 2016 elections are deluding themselves.
