Mr Joseph Amuzu Ngmangnag, Northern Regional First Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has asked Mr Daniel Bugri Naabu, NPP Northern Regional Chairman, to render an unqualified apology to President Mahama, and the Paramount Chiefs of Saboba and Nkpakpaando, for publicly denigrating their image.
