Lawyer Philip Addison has expressed his desire and readiness to bring his experience and expertise to bear to improve the livelihood and living standards of the constituents within the Klotey Korley electoral area, as he gears up for the Parliamentary seat of the area on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
