The Attorney General and the BNI failed to show up in court today, Wednesday, 15th July, 2009 in a case in which the Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the NPP, Sammy Crabbe, is seeking an order to restrain the BNI from preventing invitees from going with their lawyers.
