The Managing Director (MD) of Bui Dam, Mr Fred Oware who was a member of the Chinery- Hesse Committee which prepared the fourth Parliament�s End of Service Benefits (ESB) popularly known as ex-gratia, has dismissed the newly formed Committee called the Ishmael Yamson Committee�s report on allegations on the 2008 End of Service Benefits.
