The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, known in political circles as Wontumi, has sternly cautioned the Electoral Commission (EC) to refrain from being biased so as to gain the confidence and support of Ghanaians.
