Even though many believe the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC] led by President John Dramni Mahama did not keep to their promises for a “Better Ghana” agenda as supposed, the Greater Accra regional minister of the NDC is very optimistic the electorates would still want an ‘Umbrella’ government come 2016.
