The judgment debt commission has indicted two former attorney generals  Betty Mould Idrissu and the Dr. Benjamin Kumbour in the varied roles they played that led to the payment of huge sums of money to the Gbewaa Civil Engineering Company and its Managing Director Yakubu Adam Kasule.
