The General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC], Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has asked the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP] to volunteer its facial detective machine for the Electoral Commission to expunge foreign names from Ghana’s voters’ register.
