A reverend Minister in Ghana is calling on the public to come to him for free money. There is only one catch though. To qualify to access his funds, one has to pay 10% of whatever sum of money one wants. Acceding to Rev. Nana Nhyira of ‘Arise and Shine’ Church at Dodowa, the 10% would be used to consult God to find out of whatever venture the money would be used for would be successful.
